Looking for warts and all client feedback on CVmail ATS

I am in the process of researching new Applicant Tracking Systems for our organisation. We are a small Financial Services organisaiton with regional head offices in London and Sydney. One of the systems under review is CVmail which seems a reasonably cost effective option with decent functionality and configurability. I would be very interested to hear from anyone who has implemented their system to get the good and bad feedback, as compared to some other systems it almost seems too good to be true for the price?
