Yet another acronym- PaaS
The last ten years has seen us move steadily away from traditional client-server software to Software as a Service, SaaS. People like Facebook, eBay and Amazon.com established themselves in the consumer market some years ago, with Google and Salesforce.com doing the same in the enterprise.
