Hi Peter--same as Lynn, I can't get the video to play, but will sort it out soon. Bill Vick is actually slated to interview our marketing director, Susan Vitale, at the ERE Fall Expo in a few weeks, so this is a happy coincidence. Just finished tuning in to Hubspot's webinar on social media and inbound marketing, so I'm looking forward to hearing your 2 cents as well via Bill Vick's interview.

Lynn - you might want to check the version of the Flash player you're running. You can upgrade it (free) at http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ I'm using Blip.tv for encoding the .flv or flash file and they recommend version 9.0 or greater.
